What I liked

Can I place on record my grateful thanks to the staff in the CATS dept at Cossham please.

I arrived for my 15:00 appointment on 19/04, only to find that due to my xray's being clinically assessed already, i would have to make a direct appointment with a Specialist.

The Receptionist was very helpful and polite in establishing this and then the administrator came out and explained what had happened, and what she could do to expediate the process. This was achived and the appropriate appointment made with Frenchay.

She was very professional and in this age of impersonal human contact, was both friendly and lovely company. She could not have been more helpful.

Thank you for making what would have been a disappointment at a potentially wasted journey, into an entertaining and productive meeting.
