"Excellent service with a smile!"

I had an appointment at outpatients today and I had to write here because I was so impressed! I went to meet my new Consultant in Gastroenterology. I arrived early, expecting the standard long wait but I was seen almost 15 minutes early! My appointment was speedy and informative. My doctor was really approachable and sympathetic and an excellent listener. After my appointment I went to have a blood test, for which I waited approx. 5 minutes! My phlebotomist was genuinely lovely to talk to and very quick. Not only were my appointments friendly and efficient but I also found parking really easy, right near the outpatients clinic. I'm really impressed and just wanted to say thank you!
