A very efficient experience, from Sheila phoning me to move my appointment back a week so that I could have an hearing test at Express Diagnostics at Tamar Science Park before my appointment with Dr Doyle, right through to meeting Wendy on reception and Dr Doyle for my consultation.

A very smooth running, pleasant experience. Thank you, I was impressed.
