"Rude and unprofessional triage nurse"

About: Soho Walk in Centre

Is it common practice in NHS walk-in centres for consultations to be held in full view of the reception and waiting area? Because that’s what happened to me – the door was propped wide open the entire time.

To make matters worse, the triage nurse I saw was impatient and dismissive. I left feeling humiliated and without reassurance over my symptoms, after a consultation that lasted no more than two or three minutes. My questions about where else I could turn were literally shrugged off.

I won’t be going back unless I have no choice, nor can I recommend the clinic to anybody else.
