"She left no query unanswered"

I was asked to attend the above ward for a lung biopsy recently.    From my admission I was treated so well by all staff.   The staff nurse welcomed me and whilst carrying out the necessary procedures efficiently my Specialist Nurse Val introduced herself to me and my wife.    She spent quite some time explaining the procedure and after care and left no query unanswered.   We felt perfectly relaxed with what was to happen.   The whole staff working in the above ward were kept busy but so courteous in their duties.   

When I was later discharged, again, the staff were there to answer any after care queries.    Thank you to everyone in Ward 301 and Val for making my visit so comforting.
