"Terrible customer service"

About: North Middlesex Hospital / Gynaecology

For a second time I have an appointment in the gynaecology unit and again I’ve been waiting ages to be seen. The doctors which supposed to do my ultrasound are not here on time again. When I asked the receptionist why they not here again she kept saying they coming, but they didn’t. Last time I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for someone to come and it seems like today will be exactly the same. Very disappointed with the service which they provide. I didn’t came here because I have nothing to do. Some prorate working and have other responsibilities, so I can not spend my day in this place. I will never recommend this unit as it’s terrible.
