"Helpful and Attentive"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Everyone from the assessment unit was lovely and the porter there was nice. The staff in 3E were most helpful and attentive. Nothing was a bother to them. Aided me at all times to go to the toilet. The shower was an experience, but lovely Nicola made it a good experience and I was not embarrassed as she made me at ease. They all deserve to be recognised for their hard and caring work. Eunsuk is a really caring and efficient nurse. Kevin is forever seeing to your needs as is Gillian. Nightshift staff equally great.

Dear magpiewm46,

It is lovely to read your feedback in relaiton to your care when admitted and then within the stroke unit. It is a difficult time being admitted with a stroke and impacts on many activities that we take for granted. I am delighted that the team supported you and made this as easy as possible.

Thanks very much for taking the time to post your feedback and I will ensure this is shared with all the team with special mention to the staff. This will make their day.

I hope you are now recovering well.

Best wishes,

Christine
