What I liked

The staff were curteous, kind, thoughtful, professional and efficient. I was treated with dignity. The Staff Nurse gave clear explanations of what to expect. I was overseen from admission to discharge and that was really good to have that continuity. The area was very clean. Well done Queens Wing endoscopy team and thank you.

What could be improved
