"Ruined my first birth experience"

Went in with reduced movement and was treated like I was wasting their time. Attached to a machine and wasn’t even told anything. My mum had to ask and the midwife was very patronising and said “that’s the heartbeat.” Asked for a scan and was sent home. It turned out that my baby had his cord wrapped around his neck during delivery. Conpletely unprofessioanl midiwives during recovery who really ruined the experience for me and upset both myself and other family members. Offered no support with breastfeeding Shen asked and failed to see my son had tongue tie and jaundice. Have already complained but not heard anything back! Would not return here in the future. Have no faith in any of your midwives who are all so unprofessional and rude!
