"no seating, no tannoy"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) / Maternity care

Visited the antenatal clinic this morning, and was asked to take a seat in the waiting area, well there is not enough seating, and lots of heavily pregnant women are forced to stand because if this.

Also my doctor's has a better patient tannoy alert system then this 'state of the art hospital' the poor staff must spend half of their time wondering around softly calling out patient s names.

Can I suggest placing more seating in your very sparse waiting area and installing an electronic 'next patient ' system.
