Moorfields Eye Hospital has changed its appointment system to the detriment of people with FAILING EYESIGHT. Previously would see consultant, follow up appointment arranged immediately by clinic clerk.This is changed, Consultant sends email to call centre recommending an appointment for patient mentioning if urgent or future date let's say 6/8 weeks In my case Consultant sent email while I was with her for my appointment to have urgent injection.That was two weeks ago and still no appointment. This new system is clearly not working in patients favour.and people with failing eyesight are paying the price with this CHAOTIC system. Moorfields pplease put patients first. I don't know what to do know what to do, am very worried about losing my eyesight.
