(as a relative),

Relative admitted to hospital and end of life care.

The family of our late relative would like to thank ALL staff for the care, support and kindness shown during her three week stay in Glasgow Royal Infirmary Ward 18. Every member of staff were very professional, kind and caring. We are extremely grateful for all the loving attentions given to Mum and ourselves during this difficult time. All staff made us very welcome and it really helped us through the long hours.
