"A&E"

I attended A&E with my grown up daughter last Friday morning. She was quite poorly and was treated so well by all the staff from the receptionist, the triage nurse, the doctor, health care assistant and the porter. All were pleasant and polite showing concern and professionalism.

Despite all the pressures that the staff were under every effort was made to ensure my daughter received the best possible care including follow up appointments with other departments.
