"How cheery and patient all members of the team were"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Care of the Elderly

(as a relative),

Good afternoon. I am currently on Ward Five of the Queen Margaret Hospital. It is long term care of the elderly. My mother has been here since before Christmas. My father. Recently passed away and I came home from Jamaica.

I had phoned often and was connected by kind helpful nurses. I have now had the opportunity to put a face to some of them. I have been here a week and have been staggered at the level of care. It is above and beyond and I am not certain what a private hospital could do better. That everyone was caring was to be expected, what blew me away is how cheery and patient all members of the team were, even the consultant. Often in the face of unhelpful or unwilling patients. The food and beverages are also to a high standard. Please express my sincere gratitude to all involved. I genuinely can't think of any obvious improvements.

Hi, thanks you for taking the time to give us feedback about ward 5. It is great to hear that you feel your mother's care has been good, and that when you called you received kindness - especially when you have been so far away and suffered the loss of your father.

The team will be glad to receive your encouraging comments.

Regards
