My daughter and I went to Halton hospital urgent care as she'd badly injured her ankle. We had a long wait due to many other urgent (more urgent than us) patients present.
All staff at the hospital were very friendly, professional and helpful whilst being under a lot of pressure. My daughter had a sprain and this was communicated in such an above expectation manner. The nurse even used a picture book with an image of the muscles etc in a leg to show my daughter exactly what she'd done.
So thankful for our NHS.
