About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske)

I visited the ward yesterday and I was very satisfied with the treatment I received. All of the staff were very friendly and put me at ease. The team all worked well together and they made the experience more bearable as I was very anxious. The whole experience was a lot better than I imagined and being sedated I did not have time to be nervous in the theatre. I would recommend this unit to everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent expiernece of the care you recieved at Royal Cornwall Hospital. I am pleased to read that although you were anxious about your wisdom tooth removal, that the team involved were all very friendly and put you at ease.

Although I am writing to you from the Patient and Family Experience team, I will ensure that your kind words and praise are passed onto the team that looked after you, as I know they will really apreciate your lovely comments.

I do hope that by sharing your experience of the procedure, it will reasure other patients in the future and help them to feal at ease by knowing they will be well looked after by such a friendly team.
