What could be improved

Finding out that they are going to charge NHS patients from the end of April for car parking at their hospitals. I know this as I was referred to Beaumont hospital horwich Bolton, as a NHS patient. Not a problem if everyone pays, but only NHS will pay. When I found out and asked I was told you pay at Bolton Royal, as if that was alright their signs say private patients and visitors get a permit from the hospital, they don’t pay. They now say Private Patient’s car parking is added to their bill. I Have been a private patient there several times and this time I went as NHS and you can tell the difference, Even after the Op I was told any issues contact your own Surgery as I was NHS,This is a disgrace treating nhs patients this way, after complaining to everyone I could . I have cancelled all my further treatments at this hospital, even when they said they would give me a permit. I will now only use Bolton royal, are you aware of this
