I went to Casualty at Totnes with a piece of wood stuck in my ear after a cycling accident.
A very minor injury but one that rquired thought, I was sent fromTotnes toTorbay. At Torbay A & E they were expecting me and the
ENT department were aware.
A doctor from ENT came and treated me after a very short wait.
I was well looked after and soon on my way minus the piece of wood. All very quick & efficient with excellent communication between hospitals and departments - Good use of mobile phones to send pictures of the injury.
