I went in labour right after I had sweep done by Amy (thank you) at the end of March and managed for VBAC.
Everyone from triage, labour ward and ward 22 were amazing. It was a bit quick labour where the staff didn't have much time to look at my notes. Thanks to Stephanie for delivering my daughter, Kerry (Kerry-Ann?) For becoming my birthing partner as my husband missed it by a minute (hope I didn't brake your hand for squeezing it too much). And the night shift Lauren and Rachel for care afterwards.
I had a one night longer stay than was necessary for misunderstanding between doctors and midwifes and what was told to me but would rather have my baby checked twice because of this then go home and there would be a problem. The staff was very apologetic and things like this can happen.
And want to say special thank you for my community midwife Fiona for her support through the pregnancy.
The whole experience has been amazing.
