About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as a service user),

When Margaret came from the Community Stroke Team everything got moved into place. She got my diabetes check sorted out and got a carers card for my husband so he can go out and helped sort things out with the GP. Then the therapy started and all the staff have given me things to do to get me better
