"No diagnosis, just sent home."

We waited for hours for my 4yr old to be seen. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Doctors clearly exhausted and not enough staff on hand for the demand. After all that - no diagnosis just sent home. Referral promised and we are still waiting. I’ve called several times to be told someone will get back to me. Terrible treatment especially as this is a child's health we are talking about. No accountability no care. Doesn’t matter about your pretty polished building if the due care and attention is not present.
