"It felt like the counter staff didn't care"

I used the online ask a Gp form and got an emergency appointment. I arrived 10 mins late which I totally understand was my fault. I was given a 2nd appointment at . I arrived five minutes before my appointment time, system wasnt letting me self check in so I stood in line to speak to reception. By the time I got to front of que I was told I was late again and had to rebook, I explained what happened and no appologies or nothing, no understanding - I feel like I was almost spoken to as if I was lying. Was given another appointment for later that day. Turned up ten minutes before my appointment time and was told it was cancelled because I had used up 3 emergency appointments. No explanation was given as to the third appointment was cancelled. I admit the 1st was my fault but to make a patient in severe pain come back twice and felt I was made to look like a liar when 2 appointments are cancelled to no fault of their own is quite unbelievable. Was also unable to self check in for 3rd appointment even though I arrived 10 mins early. It felt like the counter staff just didn't care really.
