"Consultant made to feel like I was wasting..."

About: Clatterbridge Hospital / Endocrinology

All of the nurse staff and reception staff that I came across were truly exemplary, however the consultant who I saw made me feel as though I were wasting their time and that there was little point in me being there. I came away feeling extremely deflated and left in some doubt over the future of my health and care, which are not feelings you want to experience upon leaving seeing a medical professional. I would like to think that this was just a one off slip in otherwise high standards but sadly this doesn't help me in my experience.
