I am taking the time to write a review because it is more than deserved that all staff on B level are informed in what an amazing job they all do. I recently delivered my son on the 31/3/2019 prior to the delivery I was attending QA maternity B8 for the odd ctg’s of baby and additional scans, I have always been made to feel welcome, been put at ease, treated in such a caring manner which goes such a long way when you have all the anxieties of pregnancy as it is. I was taken into QA Friday 29th of March to be induced and from the moment me and my husband arrived the midwife initially welcoming us onto the ward was extremely welcoming and calming and reassuring and from there on in that’s how I found all the staff to be. midwifes on both labour ward and B7&B8.
Every single midwife we came across who played a part in my delivery are an absolute credit to QA hospital. The care and kindness of all the Midwife’s at QA is an exceptional reflection to the hospital, they are all so professional and work amazingly under such pressures of a shift. I can’t thank the staff on B level enough for there kind, caring, and supportive approach in there role of delivering my son safely and ensuring I was taken care of. The weekend of the 30th seemed to be an exceptionally busy one however I never once felt affected by this from the Midwife’s and still received amazing care. I feel it’s important the staff on B level are given this feed back in hope they are all made aware how appreciated they are and what a fantastic job they do!!! THANK YOU!!!!! Also thanks to the anethetis working on the maternity unit Saturday night!!
