"Gastroscopy"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Endoscopy and day care

(as a service user),

Very quick in giving an appointment. Staff could not have been nicer. Clearly explained the procedure, talked me through each step.

Usual problem of waiting between pre op and the actual event, but that is not within their control.

Could not criticise the staff in any way.

The department can be very busy and although we try to ensure lists run to time, on occasions delays can occur and this unfortunately cannot be prevented.
