It is not only patients who feel vulnerable when they have to be hospitalised, but also their families.
I cannot praise sufficiently the generous kindness, courtesy and support all staff gave throughout.
It was well beyond the call of duty. One example, significant to a stressed out visitor on a site where car parking is a massive problem, was the practical helpfulness of both the car park attendant and reception staff that enabled the patient to access facilities that would otherwise been difficult or impossible to get to.
