(as a relative),

In March you responded to an emergency call to my late Mum. The care given to her was great. She was airlifted to the RAH from Rothesay, Bute. The Ambulance Aircrew came across explained everything to my family and me. My Family and I could not have asked for anymore from your staff in Rothesay, the Aircrew and Ambulance crew in Paisley. Unfortunately my Mum passed away 8 days later. Thank you to all your staff involved.

I hope it is some comfort to know that your mother received the best of care.

Good to read that you were kept informed about your mother's transfer. Good communication is so important at anytime, but especially reassuring in an emergency.

Dear Pinkteddy

I am very sorry to read about the passing of your mother. Please accept my sincere condolences. I am however very pleased to read about the positive experience that you had with our crews and aircrew. It must have been a very difficult time for you and your family and the fact that this was the impression you were left with says a lot about the professionalism of our crews.
