"2 hours waiting at out patient"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Neurology

(as a parent/guardian),

I have an appointment with a neurologist at Royal London hospital. We are waiting for 2 and a hours-no information is given why I am not called yet. You cannot ask anyone, or go near to ask. It is frustrating. I am abviously angry.
