What I liked

Staff were attentive and despite poor press previously I was very happy with the attention received from all the staff - I also was at Stepping Hill in February 2012 and receiced same excellent treatment then as well.

Well done

What could be improved

Food was acceptable just!

I sincerely apologise that these were not responded to in a timely manner.

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
