What I liked
My daughter was taken in on the advice of nhs direct - we had nothing but outstanding treatment from moment of arrival. My daughter was seen quickly and decisions made by staff were prompt and at all times we were kept involved. My daughter ended up staying 2 nights on ward M2 and I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in her care - she was treated wonderfully as were myself and my husband.
