Phoned surgery at 9am was told I would receive a call back that morning. Received call from Doctor at 10-1015am who addressed two issues and made an appointment for me to see Nurse Practitioner at 11.30am same day. NP made an appointment for me that day at Aintree Hospital, all done and dusted by 4pm. I'd say that was a result!
