"Keep up great service Ward 3A sister"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Neurology

(as a parent/guardian),

I have a small problem. I took time off work and went to see ward 3A sister in Royal Hospital for children Glasgow on Wednesday in morning time. I requested to speak to ward sister (Tracey , I am sorry not sure if name is correct). Sister was busy but spoke to me, listen my problem. She promised to reply me a soon as she can. She did call me in 2-3 hours and resolved my problem. what a fantastic service.

First of all she was busy, but she listened to my problem, then spent time to resolve this problem and then called me to inform regarding solution.

Thanks you very much ward 3A sister, I will give you BIG 5 Stars to your excellent help to me. Keep up great service Ward 3A sister in Royal Hospital for children Glasgow.

Dear Daddyshake

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Care Opinion.

It is great to hear that you were so well supported by the Eleanor, the Ward Sister in Ward 3a, and that this helped to resolve your problem on that day.

We have shared your kind words with Eleanor and she is delighted to receive them. The Chief Nurse and General Manager have also read your comments and are very appreciative of the work that Eleanor and her team do.

I hope this response finds you well.

Best wishes

Pam
