"Treatment for breast cancer"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Breast surgery

(as a service user),

Having just been discharged from the Oncology Centre nearly three years after my diagnosis for breast cancer, I would like to express my gratitude to all staff at NGH for the excellent care I received during my treatment, from the Forrest Centre to the surgeons, chemo nurses and radiotherapists. I felt that I was in safe and caring hands at all times. However, I feel there is room for improvement with the oncology doctors, where there was less consistency. Rapid turnover of staff may have been a factor.
