My mother is disabled and in poor health.
She frequently has to call the surgery and although she is entitled to free phone calls with BT, she is charged for 0844 numbers. This has a significant financial impact on her. Especially as she is often in a queue for up to 15 minutes. Why can she not call on a 01276 or 01344 number?
