It’s al most impossible to get appointment no body answer the phone all day every day and when you go to front desk they refuse and they say you have to call. No respect or human rights in this medical centre at all . Is all about them they do what they like they talk to you like you are nothing they make you want to kill your self instead of getting appointment or see the doctor. And the app not working as well .

Someone have to look at all this reviews and do something about it thank you

Hi

We are an extremely busy practice and answer our call as quickly as we can, we have 6 receptionists answering the calls on a daily basis. None of my receptionists would ever refuse for a patient to make an appointment at the desk and especially if the patient has took the time to come into surgery, if ever this happens again I would rather you contact me direct and also take the name of the receptionist who has denied you an appointment and then I can deal with this matter personally.
