What could be improved

Everything from start to finish. A finish that ended early due to my family member self discharging themself due to the complete lack of care provided.

I think it is disgusting that the only hospital in Cornwall is in such a poor way. The staff are rude and have no regard for patients at all. They do not check on patients, provide water, check meals have been eaten or check medicines have been taken. I feel sorry for any patients who have no relatives to help them out as you certainly are not going to get help from a member of staff on the ward.

Hygiene on this ward is another major issue also,using the same needle multiple times, not washing hands etc.

Anything else?

I think some of the consultants need updating, they have no clue what so ever. I will not mention names as unfair but surely something needs to be done.
