"Caring dedicated staff."

We visited the Paediatrics dept at the Walsall Manor hospital with our 15 yr old daughter to see a consultant who was really good with her but the real stars were the nurses who helped when she was afraid of having a blood test done and refusing to do so, they were calming and professional and most of all were genuinely caring for child and for her worked up parents and they won her round.

It is a shame these staff members can not be named here but they are a credit to their department. Thank you.
