"My treatment was very good until discharge"

About: Worthing Hospital / Cardiology

I was admitted to the cardiac catheter lab and the staff were excellent after my treatment and for overnight stay I was transferred to Cathcart ward again my care was very good , my problem started when I was discharged to the discharge lounge and waiting for my prescription , despite the efforts of the excellent staff nurse and staff I then had to spend 4 hours there awaiting my items only to be told the pharmacy hadn't got one item in stock !! The system employed for issuing prescription items is diabolical , and whilst I appreciate a lot of items and people are waiting ,even in the lounge I saw several people come and go before me that arrived later ,
