I had my IUS coil fitted today and the service was great. I had prebooked the appointment using Zesty (1 week in advance), so I only had to wait for around half an hour to be seen.
The nurse and the attending specialist doctor were very kind, made me feel at ease, and answered all of my questions. They were patient with me and explained everything in detail. The procedure itself was very professional, relatively painless and the doctor kept asking how I felt, so I would have minimal discomfort. Very very considerate staff who treated me firstly as a human, and then as a patient.
