On December 8th 2018, I fell and badly gashed my shin. 13 weeks later the wound has finally healed. The treatment plan and its implementation at South View Surgery has been exemplary. For many weeks I was treated by the Practice Nurses, all of whom were thorough, professional and sensitive to my needs. When infection arose they enlisted the assistance of a Practice GP who also acted swiftly to deal with the problem. Given that my early problems arose over Christmas and New Year, it was extremely helpful to be treated without interruption over this period, including being seen by a GP on New Year's Eve.

Each stage of my treatment was expertly managed and fully explained to me. For the latter part of my treatment, South View referred me speedily and efficiently to the Bromley Tissue Viability Clinic, demonstrating the value of holistic care and use of complementary services.

I cannot commend the Practice Nurses, Doctors and Administrative staff at South View more highly. Thank you.
