"Blood test experience made bearable by Kath"

(as the patient),

I came for a blood test and was very apprehensive as nurses often have trouble finding a vein. The nurse (Kath) was incredibly kind and reassuring and easily found a vein, possibly due to the fact that I instinctively trusted her. She made a normally traumatic experience much more bearable.
