What I liked

was that the nursing staff and doctors on the wards, although over- worked, were very professional, caring, courteous, helpful and smiling.

I was also treated very well in A & E and the staff just the same, even though over- worked at times, were very professional, caring, courteous, helpful and smiling.

What could be improved

More nursing staff and doctors on the wards -

Also no moving patients from ward to ward, late at night, say after 22.00-22.30 hrs.

Anything else?

I was treated promptly at each stage during my time in Accident and Emergency. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional.
