"A really good practice"

I’ve see a number of moans on this site I felt I needed to redress the balance.

I agree that getting through by phone is slow but so is phoning my bank and many other things. When I’ve had a real need I always get seen and I’ve got nothing but admiration for all the staff who are really helpful. The doctors and nurses are great and have always dealt with our needs swiftly. It seems in this day and age people want to complain about everything and when something isn’t instant, they complain: Some of these complaints (like one about opening times!) are not even slightly accurate.
