"Long wait unclear results"

About: Hammersmith Hospital / Accident and emergency

Triage said that they will take care of the issue.

At the end the doctor who assessed me said that they do not offer care for my problem. Said that

Charing cross hospital offers that service.

Excuse me

If they had said that 3 hours earlier i could have gone directly to charing cross hospital.

Left with zero care.

Exhausted waiting and suprised that they could not do anything.

Or could they?
