About: City Hospital / Dermatology

I attended for my surgical appointment on Monday morning.

I have removed the dressing today to find a scar at an oblique angle, why?

I was not informed of a reason for this, nor involved in my care, now I have a scar on my neck, which could have been far less than it is now.

I understood Drs should 'do no harm'.
