About: Ninewells Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I was admitted to Ninewells Hospital for a laprascopic cholecystectomy and I write to thank Mr. Shimi and his team for the excellent standard of care I received.

Everyone from student nurse to charge nurse were caring, professional and cheerful in dealing with us patients. The assistant anaesthetist were thorough and factual, as were the friendly 'big boys'. Mr Shimi even found the time to come and have a word. I would like to pay special praise to the charge nurse whose excellent care was deeply appreciated.

The operation went according to plan and I am recovering at home very grateful to everyone.
