I have been trying for two days to make an appointment with the Oral Surgery unit as I am in a lot of pain and need a tooth removed. Despite phoning the telephone number on the appointment letter for the last two days, no one answers it, I have tried various other numbers at both Stoke and Amersham hospital but no one answers, the nearest I have got is an answer machine message saying the person is on holiday until 25 Feb.
The letter states I have 14 days from when it was sent (15 Feb) to make the appointment or they will strike me off the list, I would love to but how do I do that if they don't answer the phone!
Pathetic service typical of the uncaring attitude of Bucks NHS trust
