(as a service user),

The hedge along lode lane on the hospitals side is heavily littered and flytipped i contacted solihull council and they said that you owned it, please can you get it cleaned

Thank you for your feedback.

I will contact our Facilities department to ensure they clear any litter from the hedge. Unfortunately as soon as it is cleared members of the public throw more litter into it but we will endeavour to keep on clearing it as it is the first sight a lot of visitors see when entering the hospital grounds.

Thanks, also the fence along the same hedge is blocking half the path coming from the hospital onto the path. Have you seen it? Regards.

And there quite a bit of graffiti near the staff entrance car park.
