Most of the reception staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and clueless in the information they provide. I have been left disappointed on many occasions. They tend to always talk over you and fail to acknoledge what you need. They should be retrained on how they behave with patients both young and the elderly. I believe they lack basic customer service skills which is vital for their role. Every time I have asked for a telephone appointment they have informed me, I would receive a call back with in a few hours. However, no calls are received and when you call back they tell you there’s no appointments left to call back in the afternoon or the day later. It’s a shame that the receptionists always say that certain doctors are always busy because their the only doctors who genuinely care about their patients, their an absolute gem.

It’s upsetting that this surgery does not value any patients. I believe all the staff should undergo some training.
