"Brilliant In patient care at RDE Exeter"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Whilst on the ward following a knee replacement I became depressed and weepy (previously diagnosed). One of the doctors asked me if It would help to be in a room on my own.. I said it would but didn't hold out much hope. Literally 5 minutes later 2 nurses arrived and said they were moving me to a private room. The room was not being used as the bathroom couldn't be used. Care was brilliant here.
